Return Policy

If in any case you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or store credit minus the cost of shipping your original order. All items must have original tag, be unwashed & unworn and accompany a copy of the original order. All returns must be made within 14 days of the original receipt date. No cash refunds.

Exchanges: Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we can't guarantee an exchange in the exact style/size purchased.

You May Not Return: All sale/clearance items, monogrammed items, jewelry, undergarments, bathing suits, sunglasses, scarves, belts or gift certificates.

Defective Merchandise: If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact the store by email (itsagirlthingtween@gmail.com) within 3 business days of receipt. No exceptions.
